Terms of Service - PrivShare

1. What PrivShare is

PrivShare is a private gallery. Creators upload their own videos and photos and make them available to the paying members they already have on platforms such as Patreon.

We host and deliver the files. We do not sell content, and we are not a party to the relationship between a creator and their members.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself - anything done through your account is your responsibility.
Give us accurate information and keep it current.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. What you may not upload

Nothing illegal. That is the whole rule, and it is not negotiable.

Adult and explicit content is allowed on PrivShare. Content that breaks the law is not. You must never upload:

any sexual content involving a person under 18, real or depicted, in any form;
content made or shared without the consent of everyone appearing in it, including secretly recorded material and manipulated or AI-generated likenesses of real people;
content you do not hold the rights to, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
content depicting real violence, abuse, or the sexual exploitation of anyone;
anything else prohibited by the laws of the Czech Republic or of your own country;
malware, or material intended to attack or disrupt this service or its users.

You confirm that every person appearing in what you upload is an adult, has consented to being recorded, and has consented to the content being shared here. You must be able to show that if we ask.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service - to store your files, process them for playback, and deliver them to the members you have given access to. Nothing more.

Delete a file and we stop serving it.

5. Reporting content

If you believe something on PrivShare is illegal or infringes your rights, email us at info@privshare.net and describe what and where it is.

We review every report and remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep PrivShare running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copies of anything you upload - PrivShare is not a backup service.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or lost data.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction.
